greetings and salutations.

I am a young man from scotland, navigating my twenties. i am also a socially stunted autist with severe depression. i do not wish to use it as an excuse for any of my actions, i just want to make it known... although it probably explains a lot.

It must be clarified that i am not an extraordinarily intelligent or substantive person. i did not make this website because i have things to say. i made it because it is a thing to occupy my brain with. i do wish i had the ability to write in a way that resonates with other people, or at least be seen as an interesting person. it is a subject i am regrettably insecure about.

I have a degree in something called digital design. this is where you go on the computer and make pretty little pictures that you tell yourself are worthwhile and marketable. graphic design is the more familiar term. i would consider myself pretty good at it, i have theorized that i graduated in at least the top three of my class. i think i could be very successful once i get the opportunity to actually stick my foot in door (although at this rate i am going to have to cut the fucking door open with a chainsaw). i enjoy creating, it acts as an effective distraction from everything else. i would like to have a career in such a field. i think that would make me happy.

I am an anti-social person. i struggle to relate to other people, and they do not care to relate to me. this is not to say that i am abrasive or openly hostile, i am just not very proactive when it comes to socialising. i would like to have friends eventually... this year especially i have been craving companionship of some kind, whereas prior i just wanted to be a hermit who lived in a shed. i did have a strong relationship with someone once (they even had a website on here by the name of WEB CORPUS, which i had a small part in dictating the immaculate visual design of), but they are not around any more and i have no ethical way of re-establishing contact with them. maybe i will write a letter.
